I’m thinking of selling my Argosy 1. I am the second owner. This rig is in
excellent condition. I do not have the original mike. The mike that came with
the rig has the letter ‘G’ on it. You guys probably know better than I do about
the manufacturer.
I have the original manual and several articles about the Argosy that the
original owner sent me after I purchased it at the Indy Hamvention in 2015. He
also sent extra finals and PA transistors. The rig has the originals, these
were just extras. Lastly, the Argosy has a bracket for mobile operation, but
this is probably impractical due to better technology for mobile operation. I
thought I’d mention it though just in case someone has interest in this option.
I don’t know what a reasonable asking price is for the Argosy. I need your help
with this part. It needs a good home and for someone to operate it more than I
do.
