[TenTec] Eagle IF output

I have a late Eagle. It has a coax going from the RX-TX board to an RCA jack on 
the back. The cable plugs into TMP jack 15. This is not shown on the Eagle 
schematic I have.

Is this an IF output? If so, I cannot seem to view its output with my spectrum 
analyzer tuned to 9.0 MHz center.

Any help?
