I rx cards from EM1KA via manager 9H3UP today, 7 OCT 96 from contacts made 
during April 96. glad to get Q's confirmed on 160, 80 and 30. According to the 
story from ARRL DXCC desk, these shud count as they were b4 the "magic" Aug 
23rd
