TopBand: 9Y4H CQ WW

Hi all,
I will activate 9Y4H on all bands in CQ WW Phone this year.  Yes, I do QSL
although I am a bit behind...Please don't send second requests, you WILL get
your card!  About 2,000 will go out early December. Thanks!
