Yes this counts only as ethiopia.
I questioned DXCC Desk at ARRL about this when I recently submitted QSL's
and they confirmed that,but no reason was given to me.

Do anyone have an update on what happend to the DXCC acceptance on this
operation by DK7PE - Rudi. Someone said it counts as Ethiopia instead.
