If you are driving the amp with 100 watts, and getting 600 watts out, you
will likely need tubes very soon. You are almost certainly overdissipating
some element in the tubes.
 
It will make no difference if you run it on 240v unless your outlet wiring
has excessive resistance, causing voltage drop. You can not measure this
voltage drop unless you have a peak reading AC voltmeter. Since you are
getting rated tube power out on the higher bands, I expect yur power line is
OK and it is just a problem of incorrect tank design in the PA.

The MLA could use several mods to improve component life and performance.
