TopBand: BV on 160M

    Chung BV4ME was on 1912kHz around 21:20z and not a few JAs worked. 
I worked him on 1822/1912 at 21:41z 11-Dec-1995, and also 3.5/7CW before. 
Thuogh I sent him QSL via buro, but nil.  ;-( 
    Also worked BV2DA, 2DJ, 2FG, 4CT, 7FC etc. on 160 since 1992. 
    Hope they will be on for USA, EU and so, in this season.
