Very interesting conditions in the midwest last night with R0/UR8LV (zone 18)
and UA0KAG (zone 19) both showing up between 0500Z and 0530Z with good signals
and HK1 and KH6 coming through at the same time. UA0KAG was still on the band
at my sunrise (1300Z). Curiously, a simple loop 7 feet on a side was the best
receiving antenna, suggesting that the signals were coming in at high angle.
