Here is the latest news from Peter, ON6TT.
T0OR is on the air as of Dec 28. In two evenings of limited
activity 1,000 QSOs were logged. They are using a 2 el yagi
on the higher bands, no amplifier, but an excellent
location at the waterfront.
Peter says it is a surprise for him that so many guys are
asking for 160, 80, WARC and RTTY. 160 and 80 will
hopefully be covered when Ralph and Glenn arrive with the
low band antennas. So expect something for that as of
Sunday or Monday evening (local time).
Peter will try to hook up the RTTY modem on Sunday. The
WARC bands will be a more difficult, as the WARC antennas
are under customs. They try to get some out on Monday but
no guarantee.
Also all amplifiers are under customs (in the containers).
Here too, they will try to get tem released on Monday.
