The policemen caused this mess.
At least 5 stations clearly heard JY9QJ go back to working simplex after working
split. They could hear both sides of the QSOs, which were with EU stations.
When they joined in calling on frequency, people started sending UP, when in
fact he was listening simplex.
Earlier, someone was QRMing TO0R's transmit frequency by repeatedly calling
someone a lid, when that station was calling on the split frequency, trying to
complete a QSO in progress. There is no excuse for QRM like this.
The lesson is:
Before you appoint yourself policeman, make sure you know what's really going
on.
