TopBand: Propagation and QSL routes

     Conditions have been unbelievable here in Texas. On 1/11 I worked 36 
     europeans from 0400 til 0530Z. I also found out that our emergency 
     resistive heater gives me an S7 noise level! 
     
     A couple of questions:
     1) Should we send QSL cards to W4FRU for the TO0R operation?
     2) QSL route for KH2D?
     3) QSL route for TI9CF?
     4) QSL route for JY9QJ?
     5) Bill (W4ZV), sunrise for Heard Island is 1 hour before our sunset. 
     Why would it be unprobable for us to work Heard?
