BV7FC was heard 569 here in WA this AM @15:25Z on 1823 Khz , unfortunately he was not listening for USA. He was QSX 1911, working JA's) and I couldnt get through the JA's. Someone needs to get the word to him to QSX for USA at this time as this is our sunrise on west coast. TOO BAD `8^(.
