TopBand: DX-WINDOW - SPLIT

Hi folks,

I remember many years ago that we in EU all were looking for the
US transmitting at the lower end of 160 (qsx 1800...1810). This
obviously is forgotten now. This would keep the window clean to
hear EU DX better in the USA.
I might suggest: let's go back to the roots!
