TopBand: Transformer and Slinky Orders

The transformers are on the way again. My copier broke and had to wait
for parts before I could run off the schematics. The last of them will go
tomorrow.

Still no Slinky's but I'm hoping by Friday. With all the requests I upped
the order to 3 cases so will have some extras available.
