TopBand: ZS8IR additions

Chris,

Look again, the path from ZS8 to here in the NW (N7UA and W7XR) does NOT go 
into auroral or polar latitudes.  If you have MINIPROP PLUS you will see 
that the two latitudes are comparable and the path is like a sine curve, 
going across the equatorial region.
