Hello Steve,
You will have to insulate the tower from the guys at the tower. Look up
the chart in the Antenna Manual for reasonant lengths to avoid, dependent
upon what other bands will be on the tower. I wound up with 28-29'
spacing with mine and all bands including WARC appear happy. 

You might also consider using the tower as a support for an inverted L
and elevated radials if the idea of putting down a few miles of 
in-ground radials is not appealing.
