TopBand: 9D2UU - IRAN 160 M

I know I maybe trying the wrong forum, but other searchs has proven no
results.

Has anyone knowledge of possible QSL routes for 9D2UU active in 1993 ?
LZ2UU is no good via bulgaria. I have tried several times, to no avail. Did
NT2X take over ?

Any info will be much appreciated.
