This past February I was lucky enough to work GW4VEQ on the Top Band.
To date I have sent 2 QSL's without success. I also sent an E-mail to
Tony and still came back empty handed. I remember he worked a bunch of
guys back then and was wondering if anyone has received his QSL. Please
