Yes, http://www.triax.com/vlfradio/natradio.htm is a site for natural VLF
listening, that is not man-made signals.
Included in that site is information on dxing VLF beacons "ON THE ART OF
NDB DXING by Sheldon Remington, NI6E":

The Longwave Club of America is at:
http://members.aol.com/lwcanews/index.html They specialize in the spectrum
below 500 Kc. One of their links will get you detailed information about
any particular air navigation beacon in the US or Canada (you need the call
letters of the station.) I did not find a complete list of stations, but
you can order one:
"Searching for details on an LF aeronautical or marine beacon you've heard?
The standard reference on the subject is LWCA columnist Ken Stryker's Aero
Marine Beacon Guide. It lists over 7,000 US and international beacons by
frequency and call, in easily updatable loose-leaf form.
To order, write the author at 2856-G West Touhy, Chicago, IL 60645.
Most recently known prices were $15 US, $20 elsewhere, postpaid.
The National Radio Club's DX Audio Service page
(http://alpha.wcoil.com:80/~gnbc/) lists this link: "The "Real Radio" page
is home to a host of publications ... http://www.rnw.nl/en/pub/."
The page of AC6V, "HAM AND DX REFERENCE GUIDE - COMMUNICATIONS WORLD
WIDE-FEATURING 60 PAGES AND OVER 1277 LINKS TO DX AND HAM RADIO",
http://pw2.netcom.com/~ac6v/index.html includes a link to:
Bill McFadden's Home Page: http://www.rdrop.com/users/billmc/ which
contains listings "from DC to light".
The following FTP site has many utility frequency listings, including
aviation navigation aids and beacons: http://www.funet.fi/pub/dx/text/utility/
KC5TO has a web page with extensive frequency listings:
http://www.funet.fi/pub/dx/text/utility/
'Hope this helps.
