Phil asked me to let everyone in NA know he plans to be on 1827.5
each day starting at 1100 UTC. He is in Timika which is on
the south middle part of Irian Jaya. This is one of the most
easterly areas of YB and it should be the best chance for the NA
East Coast to work YB, since propagation should be similar to
P29 (the other half of New Guinea Island).
