I'm glad that 10 meters was not yet open (contest) when I fired up at
about 1420Z on 13 Dec. So I listened on 160m, and quickly worked UA0DC
at 1424Z and OH2PM/BY1QH at 1430Z (my sunrise at 1452Z). Several very
strong JAs were also heard at this time.
The BY was on 1822.5, QSX up 1, with an honest 579 signal into Southern
California.
I'm hope this means that BY1QH will become a regular fixture on the band.
