TopBand: Registered mail

Hi All,

Since 90% of my operating is on THE band, the following is of 
relevance.

Please don't register your outgoing QSL's to me.

Firstly it's costing you an unnecessary $5.45, when the normal post 
in this country is still reliable enough without.

Secondly, and worse, I have to make a trip to the post office to 
collect it, and that's a hassle.
