Jacky, 3B8CF, reports he is planning on putting up a 160 meter sloper
by September or October.  He realizes the need for Mauritius on 160
meters.  The HB9 boys who went to St. Brandon earlier this year 
convinced Jacky to put up an antenna for Topband.
