TopBand: AM BC QRM

If anyone can get the ID of the AM station wandering around with the buzzy
carrier between 1830 and 1840 kHz please let me know.

It's coming from the west here, and is about ten over nine at night (not
heard during daylight).

If this is a repost, forgive me. I've had e-mail problems lately.
