TopBand: VK SWBC beacon info

Locations are as follows:

Station Freq (kHz)      Power (kW)      Location
VL8A            2310            50      Alice Springs 
VL8K            2325            50      Tennant Creek    
VL8T            2485            50      Katherine    

I think all of these are in VK8 (N.T.) and that they all
use a low horizontal antenna (i.e. high angle) to optimize
local skywave reception.
