 i have a hf6v now i have the capability for a full 120 count 66 foot lok
radial system under it since 80 is the lowest operating band for the antenna
its usable to 10 mts as you know should i put a full 600 radil screen
under it each resonant with the band of the antenna to make it efficaint
for a yr or two >>

Save yourself some time and money. Put down 120 radials 66 feet long and be
done with it. If you increase the number of radials or the length of the
radials over .4 wavelengths the efficiency will not rise enough to pay you
back for the time and money expended for the extra wire and installation.
Your antenna will be plenty efficient on 10 - 40 meters with this ground
system.
