Few minutes back ask them on 20m if they OK for tonight.
As he say they have very bad conditions yesterday, but
seems even worse today.
Only what he can confirm is NEW QRG between 1832-1835.
He also mention that if no one heard on TOPBAND than thay
QSY to 75m.
So, if you can't heard them on 75m, must be on 1,8 somewhere.
