TopBand: DX Activity in the ARRL 160M Contest

Ok,  I'll give it a try.  Is now 0129Z and sunset
here is to be at about 0354Z,  so a couple of
hours or so before I'll fire up.  Is 200 watts
low power, or do I need to cut back to 100?
