TopBand: N4XP/V7

Hi All, 

Tom showed up around 0800Z, originally on 1826, then QSY'd to 1836.  He
had a very good signal here, peaking 599 at 0830Z.  He had quite a few
calling, but for some reason abruptly went QRT.
