TopBand: VQ9DX & VQ9ZZ

I QSOed VQ9DX 5th MAR,and heard him 6th 1400-1500Z on 1823.5Khz.
Also I worked VQ9ZZ on 1823.5Khz yestaday.
Perhaps they will be QRV everyday sametime,and CQ CQing on 1823.5khz
for U.S.A and JA(QSX 1911Khz).
