TopBand: J3/K4LTA

J3/K4LTA was calling CQ at 0400Z on 1832.8
I just happened to be sitting on freq when he called
Worked with 100W and 40' ShuntFed tower 
His signal peaked at my QTH in Lancaster at 559
He QSYed to 3505 at 0430Z, but apparently showed back up at 0500Z according
to some spots. They will be there til April 5th.
