request for help regarding "Who's Who..."
What a great bunch of people you are! Once again
it has been proven that this is gentleman's reflector
and topband spirit is well and alive!
It wasn't easy for me to decide who is going to be
new Editor in charge. I'm sure that all of you are
capable of doing the job, but I thought Yuri K3BU
should run it for next 18 months.

PS If you didn't know, W4ZV was the first topbander ever to achieve
