Topband: SW BC listing

It appears the signal on 1.805 is a spurious signal from a SW BC 
station on 6.890.

I think the call is WGCG??? but not sure. Is there an internet 
address where I can get information on whoever might be on 6.890 
in early evenings from the USA?
