Hello Topbanders !
This a.m. CQing from 0400z was fruitless until 0445 when Al K7CA came thru with
a solid 449 signal. 10 min later W0FZ fom Nebraska with a light signal. And
that
was it! No one else came thru. Either heavy qrn in other areas or a real
pronounced "searchlight effect". And no trace of eastcoast AM-broadcast at the
same time. Sure weird.
