>From The Daily DX:

Gus, 9U5D, regrets that he was unable to get on 160 meters this past
weekend due to the loss of two UN colleagues who were assassinated by
rebels early last week. He had to work over time and was unable to
stay over night last Saturday. Four lucky JA's and several Europeans
did manage to work Gus on 6 meters. Plans are to be on 160 meters
this coming Saturday night. Look for him starting around 18:00Z at
least 15 minutes every hour on the hour until 04:00Z. Two weeks ago
he was using 1831. QSL via SM0BFJ.

Ron, VQ9DX/AA5DX, is now active several days a week on 1828 looking
for West Coast and Mid-West US stations at his sunset (13:03Z). No
one has been worked as of yet but he did hear N7DD. He is unable to
get on at his sunrise for the next few weeks, as he must leave the
island to sleep and can not get back to the island until after his
sunrise. Hopefully in a few weeks he will be able to be back on at
his sunrise. QSL via AA5DX.
