We have been receiving praise from the recipients of these beauties
and we really appreciate all the people who helped make this possible
by sponsoring an award of their chosing.
The 4th Running of the TopBand Bulls will happen on Dec. 18-19. If you
are seized by a great category idea that even strong medicine can't erase,
then simply do what is right for the TopBand Community and notify me of
the idea, send $50.00 American funds made out to "The Boring Amateur
Radio Club" at my address below and then you can rest easy. We can even
take Visa is that makes it easier for you.
All Categories sponsored are the ideas of the contesters, with only the
profane or disgusting classes being barred. Outrageous or truly goofy
classes are OK as long as they somehow relate to some aspect of TopBand
operating. The Boring Amateur Radio Club has the sole discretion as to
which is which. The Stew Perry TopBand DX Challenge sub-committee of the
Boring Amateur Radio Club has final authority over such decisions and is
immune to small bribes and political pressures.
Those considering donating for a plaque are reminded that the earlier
you opt for a particular class and remit the required money, the more
likely you'll have the class you have always wanted.
