Topband: G4VFU/MM

I have now been able to get G4VFU/MM to make arrangements for the
receipt of QSL cards which arrive for him at the Bureau.  Envelopes
are now held here and are posted to a person nominated by G4VFU.

The backlog of cards has now been forwarded to G4VFU.
