Topband: Fwd: ARRL 160 contest from DX perspective.

IMHO the ARRL contests are "American QSO Parties" - not real DX Contests as
has been well explained in ZP6T's message.  Suggestion:  allow credit for DX
to DX QSOs.  This was done briefly in the past, but unfortunately cancelled.
