Thanks to all that replied to me about balloon-supported verticals. What
I'm really looking for: Is anyone out there familiar with the same (or
similar) military surplus model ML541/A weather balloon? I'm trying to
find out if the second (and I assume unnecessary) gas bag can be safely
cut from the main bag. I think that'll still leave a single 7-foot (when
inflated with helium) balloon which I estimate will lift a payload of
about 6 pounds.
