What I don't understand is why we don't get condx into Europe or
Southern Europe (EA3VY) when the A and K are low figures, and the
auroral numbers are low (1 to 4). N6FF and I have watched these numbers
and exchange packet talk lines just waiting for the band to open and
it doesn't. We have seen it a few times this year and wonder what the
heck is going on...
