Topband: Toroids

Dear Fellow TopBanders,

Please can anyone tell me if I can make a 2:1 impedance transformer for a
couple of hundred Watts of power on Amidon FT-193-J cores? The catalog I
have says it is only useable between 0.1 - 1 MHz and if so, I can throw the
cores away... (I have six of them...).
