Topband: VQ9SS Returns

I have not heard from Pres of late but according to his schedule, 
Pres is due to return to Diego Garcia soon. Last March was a good
month for the West Coast to work into VQ9 on topband however, being
an eternal pessimist, I don't see it happening this year...
