Topband: season

I thought the topband season was over, but tried a cq this morning and 
JA1HQT answered, we were on 1824 khz at 1218z, about half an hour before my 
sunrise, 579 each way, with noise at wintertime level of only s3.  Last 
evening I heard OZ1EEZ about 339, right at the noise level.  I see that K7CA 
in UT has heard 9V1PC and V85AA in our morning time, but nil here in Montana.
