Topband: Contest Rules Question

May have overlooked it, but did not see the rules regarding the on/off
time.  I thought I remembered a rule from the first one that the 14
hours had to come in two or less stretches of ON time.  Asking for son,
N5DX, who will be using my callsign.  Can anyone help with this
question?
