Topband: Conditons near Equator

Yep, agree with these observations.  At  my Singapore QTH 1.2 degrees
North of the equator my peak is normally about 2 hours BEFORE sunrise,
at about 2100z.

And the vortex of  bathtub water going down the plughole is still
strongly clockwise.....

P.S.  A9 is 26 degrees North of the Equator and 4X is 32 N...de W4ZV.
