With all the respect, on top band a 260 ft is short and hasn't very
much to do with Beverages in terms of pattern and performance.
The F/B is not really a F/B but only a sort of null, moreover limited
at some of the less useful elevation angles.
I believe the comparisons between Beverage and a BOG would have more
sense if performed on 80m where the 260Ft wire reasonably starts to
have the features of a Beverage although a single wavelength Beverage
still doesn't lead to great patterns.
