You have to be very careful with internet freeware "programs".
While intended to be helpful, they are so simple they overlook
many many important things.
I've tried to compare results using programs from the site you listed
with real-world results on simple things, like inductor Q, and they
are a "mile off" the actual results. In one case Q was five times
higher than the Q I actually measured!
