Topband: Middle East Conditions

Conditions have been excellent to all of  North America during the last few
days - especially
near sunrise here - currently 0441 UT.  Didn't checkout the presunrise peak
at apx. 0240 UT - that may have been excellent too!  Will be using the call
4X3A again in the contest.
