For a single tower, unless there is some over riding reason for the elevated
radials I would put them on the ground... I have used elevated radials
extensively, including a 4 element parasitic array and while it played very
well, I found the labor to keep the radials in the air to be unreasonable..
Every storm would bring limbs down and break or tangle wires... I finally
gave up and went to radials on the ground...
