Steve and Group: Could the tower possibly be inductively coupled to a 60Hz radiating source at 1 or some fraction of a wavelength away?? That would be quite a distance, ground wave speaking, let alone D-layer bounce...And even if it is a weak signal, a sensitive receiver could pick it up ???
